Information you provide

When you submit a request, the website stores your name, email, company, business type, team size, request type, and contact permission. It also stores any phone number, plan interest, message, and optional product-update preference you provide, along with a submission time and request reference.

How the information is used

The information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, discuss your requirements, and keep a record of that request. Product updates are a separate, optional choice. Submitting a request does not create a paid subscription.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s SQL Server database for review by the website administrator and authorized PourVanta personnel. Records remain there until the administrator reviews and removes them. Do not include payment-card details, bank credentials, passwords, or sensitive personal information in the message field.

Cookies and website services

The request form uses an essential security cookie to protect submissions. Optional analytics, when configured, follow the visitor choice described below. This release does not include advertising campaigns, live chat, automatic marketing emails, or a payment gateway. Basic server diagnostics and temporary request-rate controls support operation and abuse prevention.

Your requests and choices

You can ask about access to your submitted information, correction, removal, or withdrawal from optional product updates using the privacy request form. Include your original request reference if available. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Before a commercial launch

This is an early-access website notice. The operator’s legal identity, contact details, final retention rules, hosting arrangements, and any additional services will be confirmed before commercial launch. This notice will be updated when those arrangements change.
